MTB / Mountain Bike Photography
Mountain biking has been the backbone of my photography. Capturing fast moving subjects outdoors in low light and tricky weather has set me up well for the challenges photoshoots can throw up. I have a range of bikes and keep fit, so riding all day with professional camera gear is nothing new and allows me to reach hard to access areas in hills, forests and mountains. Shooting mountain biking has taken me all around the world, from grassroots races in the UK and my home, the Surrey Hills, to the hotspots of the Alps, British Columbia, New Zealand and the Californian coast. I've worked with some of the fastest riders in cross country, enduro and downhill, along with the most prominent brands and magazines in mountain biking. Writing content is an increasing area of my job, and I often write features and reviews to sit alongside my images.
